This deal EXCLUDES WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS (Friday - Sunday and all major holidays), a minimum 3 nights booked in a row Monday - Thursday required, maximum of 4 weekday nights at this deal pricing, if booking moves into weekends and/or on a holiday following or combined the 3/4 night weekday rates, Friday - Sunday and/or holidays will be charged at the regular rate of $120.00 a night/per horse.

All packages include: one matted 10x10 stall with heated water buckets and an additional late night check. Packages that include ‘turn out’ will be outside (weather permitting) and/or inside in the indoor arena (minimum of 2 hours/daily).

Horse trailering is available and will be priced on an individualized basis to determine distance/time/mileage costs. If transportation for more than 2 horses is needed, please note that local haulers may be sub-contracted for this service at additional charges dependent upon their own fee calculations. Last minute calls for trailering not made at time of reservation will incur additional service charges.
For an additional charge, we can transport your horse(s) home on the day of your scheduled return and have them tucked into their stall(s) upon your home arrival. This way you can return home from your vacation to find your fur-babies already tucked into their own stalls munching on hay. Prices will be determined on distance/time/mileage cost basis.
If you arrive prior to a scheduled check-in time, you will be charged for an additional day per horse. If you arrive after a scheduled check-out time, you will be charged an additional day per horse. These times are scheduled in order for us to accommodate other horse(s) scheduled to come in following your horse(s) and/or scheduled to leave in order for other horse(s) to arrive. We appreciate your assistance and understanding of the importance of following these times. Thank you in advance!
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR HORSE(S): Please note that should someone other than yourself be trailering your horses back home for you, we will require the persons full name and/or company, & contact # in advance. We will ask them upon check-out to see a photo ID to verify their identity and ask for a 'password' that you provided only to them and us. Any add-on payments must also be paid prior to your horse(s) check-out.
Payments in full must be received 3 days prior to your scheduled reservation. If it is not received within that time frame, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and filled. All ‘Release Forms’ along with ‘Proof of updated vaccinations’ must be completed and received within 3 days of your scheduled reservation. Please find ‘Release Forms’ on our website links www.sonnydazeranch.com. If you are unable to download the release forms and/or upload your proof of vaccinations, please print/complete and mail, scan completed forms and email (sonnydazeranch@yahoo.com) them to us or if enough time allows use USPS or drop them off in locked mail box outside of facility hanging on wall outside of main entrance door.
There are NO REFUNDS for reservations that are cancelled with less than 7 days notice! We have limited space and while your reservation was in place, other customers were unable to book those dates with us. If we have someone on a waiting list for a reservation during your time of cancellation made within less than 7 days and we can fill your booking, we will then be able to accommodate you with a full refund.
We realize that 'life happens' and will do our best to assist you in 'rescheduling' your horse(s) stay with us, if you have followed all the 'cancellation' guidelines and of course is contingent on available dates. We will NOT reschedule nor refund your stay if your cancellation was less than 7 days notice!
We realize that although modern day technology is great, it's only that way when it works as it should. We cannot be held responsible for times their may be glitches in the system, please let us know if you are having any issues with our site/email/phones etc. If there is any issues concerning double bookings or with refunds etc, we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
We understand that it is hard to leave your fur-babies behind when you leave for a vacation, are laid up or just need a break and that you may want a friend or a loved one to stop in and check on them, however it is our policy and due to policy of our insurance company that NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED during your horse(s) stay with us.
Again, believe us when we say as horse owners ourselves, that we understand that it is hard to leave your fur-babies behind however, we DO NOT ALLOW CAMERAS IN THE STALL with your horse(s). The reason for this, is that we have other businesses that we run in the facility which take confidentiality and privacy VERY seriously. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
